With deep expertise in telecommunications, cyber security, and wireless technology, Neeli has positioned herself as a driving force in shaping the future of technology and communications. As a cyber security and wireless technology expert, Neeli has spent her career driving business and technology innovation, from incubation to prototyping to validation. Her leadership and industry knowledge have helped organizations achieve success and growth, and her contributions have been recognized by industry giants such as CISCO, HUAWEI, and Nokia-Siemens. In addition to her work in the private sector, Neeli is also an esteemed Elected Member & VP Membership of the IEEE VTS Board of Governors. She is a trailblazer in her field, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and paving the way for future generations of women in technology. She is a sought-after speaker and thought leader, frequently invited to share her insights and expertise at industry conferences and events. Albena Mihovska

Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Albena Mihovska is a renowned executive CTO with an impressive academic background and extensive experience in the field of innovative communication technologies and entrepreneurship. With over 20 years of experience as an Associate Professor at Aalborg University and Aarhus University, Denmark, Dr. Mihovska has established a strong research track record, securing significant external research funds and leading large-scale EU-funded R&D projects. Dr. Mihovska's expertise extends to standardization, contributing to ITU-R, 3GPP, ITU-T, ETSI, and IEEE802.19, with a focus on spectrum assessment methodology, IMT-Advanced/IMT-2030 requirements, 6G robotics, and other 6G-related topics. She is currently the WG3 Vice-Chair of the One6G Association, driving research activities on 6G topics with over 140 member organizations. In addition, Dr. Mihovska is a Founding Member of CTIF Global Capsule (CGC) Foundation and a Board Member of EUROMERSIVE. She has published over 200 peer-reviewed research publications and serves on the Steering Committee of IEEE Black Sea Communications Conference and IEEE WCNC. She has also served as TPC Co-Chair of the IEEE GLOBECOM’23 and IEEE ICC’2024 Workshop on Enabling Security, Trust and Privacy in 6G Wireless Systems. With her extensive experience and expertise, Dr. Albena Mihovska is a highly respected figure in the field of communication technologies, and her contributions have helped shape the future of 6G and beyond.

Sne Prasad Alam

Director of Strategy & Marketing

Sne Prasad Alam is a highly accomplished and innovative marketing and strategy professional with a diverse background and impressive track record. As a dynamic and visionary leader, she has excelled in various roles, including internships at the Danish Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam and as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Lightyear. Her leadership qualities have been demonstrated through her roles as Chair and Secretary of The Presidium at Studievereniging Machiavelli, and her commitment to academia is evident in her contributions as a member of the Programme Committee of The Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam. In addition to her leadership and academic experiences, Sne has also honed her skills in product marketing through her internship at APTIV in Mountain View, California. Her solid academic foundation in Communication Science, Media & Information, and Political Science from the University of Amsterdam provides a strong base for her innovative approach to marketing and strategy. Her patent, "Over-The-Air Mobility Services Platform," is a testament to her forward-thinking and creative problem-solving abilities. Sne's linguistic abilities are also noteworthy, as she is fluent in multiple languages, including Danish, English, Dutch, Spanish, Hindi, and Bangla. This versatility has allowed her to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and clients, fostering a strong reputation as a global marketing and strategy leader. Afran Sarkar

Technical Manager

Leads SmartAvatar’s operations, providing overall direction across engineering, business development, product development, client projects, team growth, and day-to-day operations. Works at both strategic and technical levels, leading complex engineering initiatives, solving high-impact technical problems, and making architectural decisions for scalable software systems and AI-driven products. Brings strong expertise in full-stack software development, mobile application development, SaaS platforms, software architecture, and modern AI engineering. Focuses on building practical AI systems and solving complex problems involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-powered applications, and intelligent software solutions. Also works closely with clients and business teams when required, helping translate business requirements into technical solutions and guiding projects from concept to implementation. In addition to engineering and management, contributes to team development through technical guidance, mentoring, and training.

Md. Shamim

Technical Lead

Leads the technical team at SmartAvatar Bangladesh, providing technical direction across software development, AI solutions, architecture, and engineering practices. Works closely with developers and engineers to design, build, review, debug, and improve scalable and reliable software systems. Responsible for maintaining technical quality, guiding team members, solving complex engineering challenges, and ensuring technical decisions align with project and business requirements. Also contributes hands-on expertise in Generative AI, NLP, real-time systems, and modern software engineering.

Nur-e Alam Khan

Business Development Lead

Leads business development activities at SmartAvatar Bangladesh, focusing on client acquisition, business opportunities, partnerships, market research, and growth initiatives. Works closely with the management and creative team to develop business strategies, strengthen client relationships, and support the company’s expansion. Coordinates business and marketing activities while helping translate company goals into practical growth and client-facing initiatives.

Shopon Hasan

Software Engineer

Designs, develops, and maintains reliable and scalable software solutions for SmartAvatar’s client projects and internal products. Works across application development, backend and frontend systems, APIs, integrations, and software architecture, with a focus on clean code, performance, maintainability, and quality. Collaborates with the technical team to solve engineering challenges, implement new features, debug issues, and deliver practical, user-focused software solutions throughout the development lifecycle.

Mostafizur Rahman

Creative Media & Content Specialist

Creates and manages visual and digital content for SmartAvatar, including video editing, graphic design, social media content, and other creative media assets. Works closely with the business development and marketing team to turn ideas and campaigns into engaging visual content. Supports the company’s communication and online presence by producing clear, creative, and audience-focused media across different platforms.

Tzu-Yu (Shirley) Tseng

Research & Development Engineer

Tzu-Yu (Shirley) Tseng is a Computer Science and Information Engineering specialist with a strong foundation in next-generation network systems and intelligent infrastructure. She holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the field, with academic research centered on 5G and Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTNs), particularly beam acquisition and tracking for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite communication systems. Shirley combines deep technical expertise with hands-on industry experience. During her time at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) in Taiwan, she contributed to advanced R&D initiatives, including patent design and high-fidelity simulation for enhancing LEO satellite beam tracking performance. Earlier in her career, she spent two years as an Assistant Engineer, where she developed AGV dispatch systems and SECS software, strengthening her capabilities in automation, system integration, and industrial communication protocols. At SmartAvatar, Shirley focuses on advancing secure and intelligent digital ecosystems through Zero Trust architecture and Digital Twin technologies. Her work reflects a commitment to building resilient, scalable systems that bridge cutting-edge research with real-world application—enabling smarter, safer, and more adaptive digital environments.
