You will turn engineering output, research findings and project evidence into clear technical documentation, specifications, deliverable material and reusable knowledge. Your work will help SmartAvatar produce high-quality project deliverables while allowing engineering teams to stay focused on implementation and technical development. You will work with project management, architecture, engineering and business colleagues to ensure technical evidence remains structured, traceable and usable across projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gazipur, Bangladesh, suited to someone with experience in technical writing, technical research or an engineering-related role who is comfortable working with technical papers, standards, APIs and project documentation.

What you will own
- Maintain architecture notes, API documentation, experiment records and inputs for project deliverables
- Support technical landscape analysis, standards research and technology comparisons
- Prepare technical diagrams, tables, methodology notes and evidence packs
- Use AI-assisted research workflows while ensuring claims remain traceable to credible sources
- Convert engineering work and technical findings into clear, review-ready documentation
- Maintain project wikis and structured knowledge repositories
- Maintain version histories and reproducibility notes
- Support project teams with technical documentation for reviews, milestones and deliverables
- Organise technical evidence so that it remains easy to verify and reuse
- Collaborate with project management, architecture, engineering and business teams
