Architecture with your
hands on the tools.
Design clear, intuitive and visually consistent digital experiences for SmartAvatar products. Work closely with product, engineering and business teams to turn complex workflows and AI capabilities into usable interfaces.
As a UI/UX Designer at SmartAvatar, you will design user experiences and interfaces for our digital products, internal tools and AI-enabled applications. Your role will cover the full design process — from understanding user needs and mapping flows to creating wireframes, prototypes and production-ready interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and business colleagues to make sure designs are both useful for users and practical to build. We are looking for someone with at least one year of professional UI/UX design experience who is comfortable taking ownership of design tasks, receiving feedback and iterating quickly. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gazipur, Bangladesh.

What you will own
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces
- Create responsive web and application interfaces
- Translate product requirements into clear and usable user experiences
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Conduct basic user research, usability testing and feedback analysis
- Identify usability problems and propose practical design improvements
- Maintain and improve reusable design components and design-system patterns
- Prepare developer-ready design specifications and handoff materials
- Contribute to product discovery, feature planning and design reviews
- Ensure visual consistency across SmartAvatar products and platforms
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product data and technical constraints

What you bring
The experience and capabilities we are looking for.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX, product design or a closely related role
- Strong working knowledge of Figma or a comparable interface design tool
- Experience designing web or application interfaces
- Good understanding of user flows, information architecture and interaction design
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Familiarity with reusable components and design systems
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX or product-design work
- Good written and spoken English
Useful additional experience
These skills are welcome, but are not essential requirements.
- Experience designing AI-powered products, dashboards or SaaS applications
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS or frontend development
- Experience working closely with React or Next.js development teams
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel or PostHog
- Experience creating or maintaining a design system
- Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions or prototyping tools
- Experience designing complex technical or data-heavy interfaces
